Well, if this is true for you, then the as well as the words might be related to what the new word is. So now we will understand the difference between experimental, and thesaurus. Do you know why? The problem is that many parents try to imitate what their kids do and say, but end up saying the wrong thing.
There are times when we do not want to upset our family and just wish that they will behave in a way that we can be happy with them. As a result of this, the parents' abilities to cope with these situations are limited and it can cause some conflict.
You may think that your child has not learned his/her lesson, but really they have learned one and will be faced with some other situation that they will not act out. Of course, such a situation can be avoided if you would teach your children about the lesson first, before they even meet it, but that's not the case.
Kids learn and adapt to any situations in a very short time. Sometimes, in order to catch their attention, we need to pay special attention. Do you know why? I would suggest you to ask yourself why?
Example: When I say, "Stop!" to my child, what is he/she going to do? He/she may respond with the word stop, and everything will be fine.
But what if we try to introduce a new word - experimental? It may start a whole new discussion with my child, and he/she may start screaming and yelling at me.
Intervention is very important, especially if we know that our child might experiment and talk about the word experiment. If our child will experiment, we may have to change the behavior. That means we will take some responsibility for the behavior.
Other children will have to stand up for their friend who did not have the ability to comply with the word experiment. They might lose respect in the group and may soon stop talking in the group.
This may sound like a joke, but these problems can happen in our family when we don't know the difference between the two words experiment. So, if you find yourself going through some of these issues, do you know why? Simple, we did not teach our children about the experiment and thesaurus properly.
So, to be sure, you are teaching your children's language development properly, you should teach them about the experiment and thesaurus. Just be sure that you would explain to them the facts about the word experiment and thesaurus, and make them understand why it is not a word to use in conversation, and why they shouldn't say the word experiment.
